Coaching works as a partnership between you and your coach and very much focusses on your goals. We will explore what you would like to achieve and together develop solutions to overcome any difficulties. The number of one hour sessions required varies as everyone has different needs so this can be discussed at the initial contact. A diagnosis or referral is not required.
Training is delivered in a full day course and covers key areas such as understanding PDA, how PDA differs to Autism and simple but effective techniques to help reduce anxiety, improve communication and learning outcomes for children and young people with PDA.

'I am in awe of the extent of the success coaching has had on our lives. I did not have expectations when I began, it was a desperate time and I had limited options. We are now regulated, without medication, and have our lives back. Our gratitude is limitless.
1. I have not been physically hurt for nearly a year.
2. Nothing has been destroyed purposefully, for nearly 6 months.
3. My 7-year-old daughter has begun to manage her own strategies during meltdowns.
4. We have not missed a day of school in over six months.
5. We can travel safely in the car.
Spread the word, make this as available to as may people as possible.
